Bolton Wanderers 1 - 0 West Ham
It was great match for the home team rather a hard fought battle for the home team and finally they won the battle.Kevin Davies' close-range finish after 46 minutes secured Wanderers' first win in nine league matches and the result really should have been more emphatic.Davies had two headers cleared off the line in the first half, while El-Hadji Diouf and Kevin Nolan both had goals disallowed for offside.



Birmingham City 1 - 1 Everton

On-loan Argentinian striker Mauro Zarate rescued a precious point for Alex McLeish's side with a stunning free-kick equalizer against Everton at St Andrews.

Joleon Lescott looked to have kept alive the Toffees' push for a Champions League spot with a 78th-minute header for his ninth goal of the season.But just after 5 minutes Maroa Zarate got a goal from free kick and the score was equalized to 1 - 1.


Reading 0 - 2 Fulham

Brian McBride struck to give Fulham a glimmer of hope in their battle against relegation from the Barclays Premier League and end their poor away record.

Former USA striker McBride stabbed home a superb cross from Simon Davies to give them first Premier League victory on the road since September 2006. They dominated the second half and finally got a goal from Erik Nevland in the injury time. They are still in the relegation zone but would really want to come out of it as soon as possible.



Tottenham Hotspurs 1 - 1 Middlesbrough

A great show by Dimitar Berbatov set up the opener, with Jon Grounds putting through his own net, before Stewart Downing had an effort deflected in to level matters in the second half. They are now looking to get into the top ten positions of EPL table.


Derby County 0 - 6 Aston Villa
It was the worst defeat for Derby county at home. The score was an embarrassing 0 goals to 6 for Aston Villa. Ashley Young, John Carew, captain Gareth Barry, Gabriel Agbonlahor and Marlon Harewood all joined Petrov on the scoresheet to keep Villa in the hunt for European football next season.



Portsmouth 0 - 0 Newcastle
Newcastle stretched their unbeaten run to five matches as the FA Cup finalists made it just two defeats from 13. Jermain Defoe had a great chance of goal scoring in the 52nd minute when he had just to beat the goal keeper Steve Harper But he stuck out of the goal post. Similarly Owen had a great chance of scoring but he also put the ball over the bar. So neither team could score a goal and the score remained at 0 - 0.
